This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It covers examspath.com, our study material, and the resume service.

What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email address and your message.
When you create an account: your name, email address and password, stored in an encrypted form by WordPress.
When you order a resume: your uploaded resume file, or the details you type into our form. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, city, education history, employment history, projects, skills and any links you provide. It also includes the job role you are targeting and anything you write in the notes field.
When you pay: your name, email and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store only the payment identifiers we need to match a payment to an order.
Automatically: standard web server logs, and analytics through Google Site Kit, which records pages visited, time spent on the site, device and browser type, approximate city-level location from your IP address, and how you found us.
Why we use it
- To write and deliver the resume you ordered
- To reply to messages you send us
- To take payment and keep the accounting records Indian law requires
- To understand how the site is used and improve our content
- To keep the site secure and running
We do not sell your data. We do not use your resume to train any AI model. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who can see your resume
Only you and the writer preparing it. Staff access is limited to delivering your order.
We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Hostinger — website and file hosting
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Google (Site Kit, Analytics, Search Console) — analytics
- LearnPress — course and account functionality
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it

Deletion is automatic. Uploaded files are stored in a non-public folder on our server and are never reachable by a public web address.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete your data
- withdraw consent
Email contact@examspath.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data we will do so, except for payment records we are legally required to retain.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in or place an order.
Children
Our study material is used by school students, and a parent or guardian should review this policy with anyone under 18. The paid resume service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Data security
We take standard precautions to keep your information safe, including encrypted connections and non-public storage for uploaded files. Please do not send passwords or bank details through our contact form.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any new version will be posted here with a new date.
